Very Easy | Easy | Moderate | Hard | Very Hard | Extreme | Impossible
All trophies earnt, so no further work needed. Some games may have DLC which I'm not interested in.
Platinum For All Other Trophies was pretty straight forward. Ship of Fools was a pain in the ass. Hated doing some of the Radula Rooms for Painting the Town Red. Madness Prevails wasn't as hard as I thought. The rest were easy.
Master Assassin wasn't as easy as originally planned. Unfortunately, my first playthrough was cut short. Not only did The Impenetrable Palazzo glitch on me, most of all, my PS3 broke and I lost my save. Collecting all the feathers for In Memory of Petruccio was probably the most time consuming of them all. Vitruvian Man was close to second.
True Templar was the most time consuming out of them all. As with Brotherhood, the multiplayer had some problems and I found it hard to find matches, so it took me longer than other people. All of Desmond's sequences ( The Early Years The Reluctant Assassin Escape To New York The Rotten Apple Are You Desmond Miles?) enraged me. Thought they were needlessly padding out the game. Though, I am very happy to have The Conqueror in my collection.
Was going to grab this originally on PS3, but decided to wait and play it as my first PS4 game. Assassins and pirates. What more can a girl ask for?
I love Atelier Rorona. Complete wasn't as hard as I originally thought. Rich Ending was the most difficult to achieve as farming money isn't that simple. I ended up selling an item from a certain floor on Orthogalaxen (the item name and exact floor I have unfortunately forgotten) and then warping back to the workshop with the Windrider. Each journey only cost one day (to get there) and I could repeat this over several months on the final assignment. Didn't need much money as I had around 400,000 cole from several other playthroughs.
Monster Complete and Item Complete were straight forward as I worked towards them early on. Keeping Hom constantly busy and sending him/her to gather at high level areas got me Hom Lv. 50. A great game despite what the reviews say.
After loving it so much on PS3, I had to buy the improved port with the few added features.
I really love this game and it's probably my favourite Atelier. Haven't gotten around to my second playthrough yet and I really want to before starting on Atelier Meruru which has been waiting for me for awhile now. Got Normal Ending for my first time. Next time, I'm going for the True Ending, all character endings and all other trophies if I can.
I picked up this game because I watched my boyfriend play the multiplayer while staying at his house. When I got home, I got myself a copy so I could play with him. I didn't really have any plans to get Bad Company Elite but after getting most the of the multiplayer trophies, I went onto the campaign. After doing that, I went back onto multiplayer to earn Demolition Man which was a very cruel trophy. Required so much luck getting someone in the house when I set off the detonator. So many times I hit the enemy with C4 rather than the building collapsing onto them.
I love Family Guy. Had previously played the last game on PSP and quite enjoyed it. Wanted to give Back to the Multiverse a try (after enjoying the episode it was based on). Wasn't expecting too much from the game but I've quite enjoyed it. The only really annoying trophy up to now is Obsessed as I had a few times missed some objectives and had to replay some levels several times. Waiting for my boyfriend to come around to get the rest of the trophies for the challenges and Multiverse Madness.
Wanted this since I first got into trophies. These are not nearly as time consuming as Steam's though but fun.
This was very time consuming and repetitive to earn Ultimate Hero. Earning money in the game was very awkward and lots of it is needed for Treasure Hunter. Hours and hours of farming Adamantoise who rarely drop (25% of the time), a Platinum Ingot worth around 150,000 gil. Millions of gil to buy loads of components and catalysts for weapon upgrading. It's rarest drop (1% chance) Trapezohedron, is needed 6 times (one for each character's ultimate weapon). The rest of the trophies were pretty simple.
I felt like Master of Time was much easier than Final Fantasy XIII's as there was a lot less grinding. The only major setback was the Lucky Coin fragment which requires you to win over 7777 coins at just the slot machines. Winning coins is due to complete luck and the machines are rigged (at least that's what I believe). Must have spent around 6 hours staring at spinning slots trying to get it. Very boring.
Fully maxing out Serah and Noel was dead easy. When fully maxed out, trophies like Fair Fighter and 5-starring the final boss for Chronosavior was no challenge at all. Hated all the time puzzles as I thought they just unnecessarily padded out the game.
Heavy Rain's HEAVY RAIN Master was straight forward - just made different choices on multiple playthroughs. At least two playthroughs I made certain decisions for Perfect Crime and not messing up with the characters for Four Heroes. The most awkward was All Endings as it required some planning and one wrong move messed up the whole thing.
Was fun to achieve inFamous Platinum Trophy, but I thought differently trying to get Rockhound - 350 shards to find on a huge map. Miss one and you are screwed. I don't mind finding things but that many was a chore but I just managed to find them all eventually, probably from absolute luck. Next thing was Stunt Master. It's not possible to do this post game (with all missions completed) as enemies don't appear too often. The rest of the trophies were pretty simple. Two playthroughs - one good and one bad.
Much more forgiving then the first as this has a system for finding the surrounding blast shards. Due to this, Just One More was a breeze but probably was the most time consuming of all the trophies. Like the first, I did just two playthroughs - good and evil. Always enjoy my evil play the most. Was happy to add inFAMOUS 2 Platinum Trophy to my collection.
OMG, OMG!! It's time for Dolan and Gooby in HD!
I played this because I enjoyed the film, but the trophies were a complete joke. I could have got them all in one sitting, although something popped up and had to sort it out. Nothing more to say about it. The trophies are so straight forward and easy, an idiot could earn Platinum Trophy.
Never played Metal Gear Solid 3 before. I wanted to get the Subsistence version and forgot all about it. When I remembered, I couldn't find it new anywhere, so didn't get to play it. The HD collection was a great chance to get to play it and my boyfriend was telling me how awesome it is.
I absolutely love Snake Eater. Completing the game without killing anyone for PEACE WALKER wasn't as hard as I originally thought. Thought I got it in my first playthrough, but I must have accidentally shot a guard while shooting a Kerotan. Speaking of them, It Ain't Easy Being Green was a pain due to the motorcycle scene at the end. Was happy to get Snake Eaten for my efforts.
I wasn't planning on playing Snake Eater again on Vita, but I thought why not? The plan was to do the whole thing in one playthrough (as I've already done it on PS3). This time however, I messed up on King of the Jungle by missing a bird or something. Took me awhile to get used to the changes of the controls but liked the touch screen elements. Snake Eaten was mine.
I have this on PSP but never got around to playing more than a few hours, and sort of forgot about it. Maybe it was because I didn't really "get" it. The HD collection was a great chance to get playing it again. Starting to like it now (most of the time as the later missions are driving me mad). Some battles require stronger weapons which aren't possible to get until actually completing them; catch 22. I really don't like the idea of being "locked" out of missions. It's been very time consuming and progress has slowed right down until I can assemble a decent R&D team.
It's time for Big Boss to take centre stage again in the prequel to Phantom Pain. Having really enjoyed Peace Walker, I'm looking forward to this!
Wow, what a waste of twenty minutes of my life!
Ever since I saw this game, I've wanted to play it. So happy the time has finally come I love it. The battle system is very addictive. I'm trying for but it's going to take awhile…
I adore Okami and it was my #1 wanted HD remaster, so I had to earn Top Dog. Can't believe the game actually happened and of course, I bought it day one. Having completed it on Wii, my PS3 playthrough was straight forward. Played it everyday and have spent over 50 hours getting absolutely everything (something I didn't do on the Wii) and one was completing the Devil Gate trials for Out of the Gate Swinging. The three trials were pretty easy after obtaining the last tier of weapons and using Gold Dust on them. I loved fishing so No More Fish in the Sea wasn't too time consuming but Teach an Old Dog New Tricks was, as the last skill requires 2 million yen.
I absolutely suck at the original Pac-Man but I wanted to try out this "improved" version. Had no idea how good I would get at this and had no problems practising and earning all the trophies. Either the trophies were easy or I got pretty good at it. I used all the new features to my advantage. Found the challenges pretty simple. I even ranked on the leaderboard (not sure if I'm still there somewhere). It actually got pretty addictive. Time Trial Completed and Score Attack Completed weren't that bad.
Took me like a month to start playing All-Stars after getting it on release after ages on preorder. Finally got around to playing it while waiting for Ni no Kuni to come out, but I'm actually quite enjoying it. Good fun. Easy to learn Though, I've been having some trouble getting online.
Wasn't planning on playing it again so soon on Vita, but I accidentally installed the trophies after an update. Have all the online trophies done first, over and done with. Just working my way through arcade mode with every character.
I've had the HD trilogy for ages and want to get around to playing it. Love the series, and haven't played any of these on PS2, so a great chance to.
Ratchet & Clank's first adventure on PS4. This game is awesome!
A Crack in Time is my favourite Ratchet & Clank game and the trophies were pretty straight forward. The only annoying thing was the minigame, My Blaster Runs Hot starring Captain Qwark. Had to earn 10,000 points for My Blaster Runs Really, Really Hot. Took quite a few attempts but I got there in the end.
I came back to get The Lombax Triumphant during the huge PSN downtime. Had to start again because I had lost my save on my old Slim. Only aim for this playthrough was finding all 40 gold bolts for Bolt Collector.
Yet another co-op game I'm playing with my boyfriend online. Took ages doing it this way. It kept on dropping each of us out of the game so we had to keep replaying it again and again. Finally got The Saviors of Magnus for beating the last boss. Lots more trophies to collect including banking 1 million bolts, fully upgrading all weapons etc.
Resonance of Fate is a fun game, not to be taken seriously. The battle system is something that is required to master to progress through the game. It took me some time to "get" it but when I did, I absolutely loved flying through the air! Probably the most time consuming was Stardust Hunters; clearing the whole arena which had like 500 battles. My second platinum; Platinum Trophy was a proud addition.
So happy to see Sam & Max hit the PSN, with a whole new season released pretty soon after the PC version. Frequent Flier was the most fun trophy to earn as I loved seeing Max flying into the air screaming "wheeeeeee!". The PSN version had an extra gadget (much to the hatred of PC fans), so was needed to get Part of a Nutritious Breakfast.
My first English Tales of. There's so much to do in this game, so little time. The first 100 titles trophy I got was Hubert's, Empowered (100 titles). At the moment working on earning 100 titles for all other characters and completing all inn requests. Going to take forever maxing the Eleth Mixer to 9999.
Having played Monkey Island 1 and 2 a few months ago on PSN, I wanted to give Telltale's series a try. Had missed 4 trophies on my first playthrpugh, so a few moths later, went back to earn them. This Ain't a Library was rather glitchy for me and was pretty sure I had read all the bookshelf before but it just wouldn't pop up.
Had again missed trophies on my first playthrough, weirdly enough, 4 again. Was pretty straight forward.
Got all the trophies on one playthrough, unlike the previous 2 episodes.
Again, got this in one playthrough.
Remember starting this on Xmas and finishing the day after on Boxing Day 2010. It wasn't a bad finale. Hope to see another series that matches more with LucasArts' amazing games.
Hated the time trials with a vengeance, so kept them all until last. Some were easier than others, some levels I did first time and others I had to do several attempts. Didn't think I would get Master of Tomb Raider: Anniversary at all. Played the game on hard first time and got Tough Enough for my troubles.
Definitely the easiest of the HD collection and a generally easy platinum, Master of Tomb Raider: Legend. The time trials weren't as bad as Anniversary. I burnt through them all in one sitting and got Have a Good Time All the Time. Found Biggest Bang for the Buck a little glitchy and almost gave up trying when it popped up.
This was easy compared to Anniversary. I absolutely hated this game when I played it on the Wii, due to the bugs as soon as I started playing on the prologue, (ughhh, the fire) so I couldn't bare to finish it. This time, I was determined to do it as the final part of the HD collection. The PS3 version is much better and I'm glad I not only completed the game, but earned Master of Tomb Raider Underworld too. As usual, the most time consuming trophy was collecting all 179 treasures Master Treasure Collector. Completing on hard Master Survivalist, I found was pretty easy.
Charted! - Crushing was a slight challenge but not as brutal as Drake's Fortune. Maybe that was because I didn't know what to expect and learnt a lot of the mechanics. There's really not much else to say because the trophies were similar to last time. There were huge gaps between my trophies, since I was playing multiplayer in-between the campaign. It was several months before I went back to get the rest of the treasures and to play it on crushing difficulty to get Platinum.
My first platinum Platinum, and the game which began my love for trophy hunting. Charted! - Crushing was the hardest trophy, due to the crushing difficulty being a pain in the ass at times, but after doing this, the other Uncharted's seemed "easy".
Uncharted was my first platinum and the series holds a special place in my heart, so having this as my first Vita game was a must. I've wanted to play it as soon as I heard about it. My brother bought me it and a Vita for my 25th birthday. The only trophies which were a pain in the ass were the bounty trophies; Bounty: Arcana, Bounty: Pieces of Silver, Bounty: Spanish Gold, Bounty: Cádiz and Bounty: Gemstones. I probably would have got Platinum days earlier, but the drop rate of the bounties were terrible. Crushing wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
